Terms of Service

Bazzino is a fitness and nutrition tool, not a medical service. Its calculations, routines and supplement information are general information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a qualified professional before starting any exercise, nutrition or supplement program, especially if you are pregnant, have a health condition, or take medication. Stop and seek help if you feel unwell.

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of Bazzino. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use Bazzino. During the closed alpha, access is by invite only, and we may add, limit or remove access at our discretion.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. The measurements and content you enter are yours; you are responsible for them.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law or infringe others’ rights while using Bazzino;
  • access, probe or disrupt the service or other users’ data without authorization;
  • copy, scrape or resell the app or its content except as these terms allow;
  • upload malicious code or attempt to circumvent security or access controls.

5. Health and fitness disclaimer

Exercise carries inherent risks. BMI, BMR and similar figures are estimates from population formulas and may not reflect your individual situation. Supplement summaries are educational and conservative, but products can interact with medications and conditions. You use the information and routines in Bazzino at your own risk, and you are responsible for training within your own limits.

6. Intellectual property

Bazzino and its content (including the exercise and supplement catalogs) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. The workout and body data you enter remains yours.

7. Service availability

Bazzino is provided during an active development phase and may change, break, or be unavailable at times. We may add, modify or remove features, and we may suspend or end the service, with reasonable notice where practical.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bazzino is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss arising from your reliance on the app’s calculations, routines or information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Termination

You can stop using Bazzino and delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the service and its users.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, give notice in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
